HL2RP Donation items - Terms Of Use

Information:
Breaking this rules is a PERMBAN of the character affected. As you know we don't offer any refunds. So you better think about what you are doing.



Toolgun and Physgun + Prop-Spawn ability

We don't use any restrictions - because we trust our users. That's why its needed that you follow this terms of use.

• You may only use the tools for building bases.
  
• Do not build anything except a base. Do not build doors.
  
• Do not build anything what could kill you or other people.
  
• Do not spawn useless props.
  
• Remove all props after you go offline. Their is no Auto
  
• Remove. So remove them if you don't need them anymore.
  
• Do not spawn explosives.
  
• Do not spawn turrets.
  
• Do not modify world props.
  
• Do not modify the color or material of a prop to complete invisible. Make it look realistic.
  
• Do not hold out your Physgun or Toolgun when on Street / RPing.
  
• Everything you build must look realistic.
  
• If you are citizen, do not use combine props.
  
• Listen to the admins. If they want something removed - do so.
  
• This list can be updated at any time. You are responsible to check it.

Capital 'V' Flag
Also known as 'Heavy Blackmarket'-Flag

Warning:
You are responsible who you sell the weapons to. If the person gets banned, you may get banned for selling him the weapon.*

• You are not allowed to sell weapons for less than you paid. Notice: You may sell them for the same price as you bought them.
  
• Do not forget, this is not a permission to sell weapons. If combines see it - they will punish you.
  
• You have to tell people that using breaches is only allowed for Roleplay Issues.

Small 'm' Flag
Also known as 'Resistance Manager'-Flag

• You may not spawn useless uniforms. Only spawn them if you need them.
  
• You need to own a rebelistic organisation.
  
• People who you give them need to be in your rebelistic organisation.
  
• You need to tell them to now wear them in the city/public.
  
• Do not charge more than 50 Tokens for them.

*Notice: All actions you do on the server are logged. This incldues SELLING. (Dropping Weapon/Player picking it up)

I think you may as well remove the capital V flag and small m flag bits of the post seeing as there not very used any more(I think).

They are not in the donation list but that doesn't mean that there won't be any rules for those flags.
Some people DO have them and if I don't have rules listed here, they are allowed to abuse it officially.
