Umm this is the faction that pretty much chase gordon every where when he get's out of the city yeah
Pretty much the foot soldiers of the combine if you played half life 2 to about half way you shoud have met them...

This post is in the wrong area and OTA are the Soldiers who come in and deal with anti-citizens or infections and will respond to threats or rebels or anti-citizen threat in a area
