Sometimes, administration can be boring, but you are always able to observe the plaza from the window.

It was just a small sketch I made because I was bored. I usually have a lot of fun as a City Administrator here in PP, sometimes I eat ice cream. Sometimes I even tittyfuck bitches. It's just a part of my life.
